Return and Refund Policy

At Velite Fitness Center PR LLC, doing business as Velite Armor and Velite Fitness Center, we are committed to the quality of our products and services. This policy covers all purchases made through our online store (velitearmor.com), in-store at our gym facility, and gym membership services.
By making a purchase or enrolling in a membership, you agree to the terms of this Return and Refund Policy.
1. Gym Memberships
All gym memberships are non-refundable. Our memberships operate on a no-contract basis — there are no cancellation fees, no early termination penalties, and no refunds. Your membership simply expires at the end of your paid period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months). You are not obligated to renew.
There are no prorated refunds for unused days, early cancellations, relocation, medical reasons, or any other circumstance. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Day Passes ($10) are valid only for the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
The Annual Maintenance Fee ($50) is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Opening rate memberships ($35/$105/$210/$400) are contingent on continuous, uninterrupted renewal within the billing cycle. If renewal is not completed within the billing period, even by one day, the member will be transitioned to the general rate permanently.
2. Supplements, Vitamins, Pre-Workouts, and Consumable Products
All supplement and consumable product sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on supplements, protein powders, pre-workout, vitamins, amino acids, energy drinks, protein bars, or any other consumable product once purchased. This applies to both in-store and online purchases, regardless of whether the product has been opened or remains sealed.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or expired at the time of purchase or delivery, contact us within 48 hours at velitefitnesscenter@gmail.com with photographs of the issue. We will replace the product at no additional cost.
3. Apparel, Accessories, and Physical Products
We want you to love what you order. If something is not right, we accept returns of clothing and accessories under the following conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, staining, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Contact us at velitefitnesscenter@gmail.com before sending any item back. Do not send returns without prior authorization.
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), we will cover return shipping costs.

4. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital items (guides, e-books, workout plans, recipe books) are final. No returns or refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before completing your order.
5. Sale and Clearance Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds on discounted merchandise.
6. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, email us at velitefitnesscenter@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the defective or damaged item.
7. Beverages Purchased In-Store
All beverages purchased at our gym facility (energy drinks, waters, protein shakes) are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.
8. Equipment, Bands, and Gym Accessories
Resistance bands, water bottles, and gym accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Contact us before returning.
