Return and Refund Policy

At Velite Armor, we're committed to your satisfaction and to the quality of our products. We understand that sometimes things don't work out. However, we've tailored our return and refund policy to ensure both our customers and our planet are looked after in the process. Here’s how we’ve made our policy more customer and environmentally friendly, while also being mindful of our business model.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for any digital items once they have been delivered. We encourage you to review your purchase carefully before finalization.

Supplements, Vitamins, and Proteins:

For health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of our supplements, vitamins, and proteins if they are in their original, unopened, and unused condition. To ensure the integrity of our products, we cannot accept returns if the seal has been broken or if the product has been used.

Physical Products (Clothing and Accessories):

We want you to love what you order, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We accept returns of clothing and accessories only if they are returned in the exact condition in which they were received – unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that have been stained, damaged, or altered from their original state.

General Return Policy:

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must meet the criteria based on their category as outlined above.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please contact us at velitearmor@gmail.com before sending your item back to us.

Refunds (if applicable):

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Exchanges (if applicable):

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. For exchanges, email us at velitearmor@gmail.com.

Shipping for Returns:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If the item is returned due to our error (defective/damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
