This Privacy Policy describes how Velite Fitness Center PR LLC, doing business as Velite Armor and Velite Fitness Center ("Velite," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal information of our customers, gym members, website visitors, and users of our services.

By visiting our website (velitearmor.com), making a purchase, enrolling in a gym membership, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

When you enroll in a gym membership, we collect Membership Information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, home address, emergency contact name and phone number, membership type, start and renewal dates, check-in and attendance records, and health information you voluntarily provide on your membership waiver (such as pre-existing medical conditions or physical limitations).

When you visit our gym facility, we collect Visual Information including security camera footage captured throughout the facility, and photographs or videos taken during normal operations, events, and promotional activities (subject to your Media Consent as outlined in your membership waiver).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

To fulfill orders, process payments, arrange shipping, and provide order confirmations and invoices. To process gym memberships, manage your account, handle renewals, and send membership reminders. To communicate with you about your orders, membership, promotions, and updates to our services. To process payments through our authorized payment processors (Clover, ATH Movil Business, Shopify Payments). To screen orders for potential risk or fraud. To monitor facility safety and security through our security camera system. To create promotional content for social media, website, and marketing materials, only when you have provided explicit media consent through your membership waiver. To improve and optimize our website through analytics. To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We share your information with service providers who help us operate our business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform — shopify.com/legal/privacy), Clover and ATH Movil Business (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics — google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy — you can opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), shipping carriers for product delivery, and email marketing platforms for newsletters and promotions.

We may also share your information to comply with applicable laws, respond to subpoenas or legal requests, or protect our rights.

4. Security Cameras

Velite Fitness Center uses security cameras throughout the gym facility for the safety and security of our members, staff, and property. By entering our facility, you acknowledge and consent to video surveillance. Security footage is retained for a limited period and accessed only for security purposes or as required by law. Security footage is not used for marketing purposes.

5. Media and Content

Velite Fitness Center may capture photographs and videos within the facility for promotional and marketing purposes. We only use a member's image, likeness, or voice in marketing materials when the member has signed a Media Consent as part of their membership waiver.

Members who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify management in writing at velitefitnesscenter@gmail.com. We will make reasonable efforts to exclude those members from marketing content but cannot guarantee exclusion from incidental background appearances in facility footage.

6. Behavioral Advertising

7. Do Not Track

We do not alter our data collection and use practices when we detect a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

8. Data Retention

Order information is maintained in our records unless and until you request deletion. Membership records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years after the end of the membership relationship for legal and operational purposes. Security camera footage is retained for a limited period and then automatically overwritten.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements), and opt out of marketing communications at any time.
